 Free national shipping is available for orders above 350. For orders that are lower than 350, a convenience charge of 70 applies. For COD orders additional ₹35 will be applied in both the cases.

  • In the rare case, due to technical issue at bank/payment partner if the amount has been deducted from your account however your order status continues to shows as pending payment or payment failed, please do not worry. Your money is safe.Simply write to us on or whatsapp us at and we will look into it on priority.
  • Orders once packed or shipped CANNOT be cancelled/modified.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. However, due to COVID-19, delivery timelines have been impacted.
  • Under normal circumstances, we deliver products within 5 business days of the order being confirmed. If you’re in a Non-Metro, all products usuallyreach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days, and for very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.

Note: These timelines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The timelines for each of these will be different and individually mentioned in the product description.

  • All items are shipped within 3-7 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your complete order within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. The refund will be done as soon as possible and we, at Superbottoms, are committed to it.
  • If you believe that the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the package, and call us on +91 7499025345 (9.30 AM – 6 PM) or mail us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.




Superbottoms ships to over 5000 cities across and to almost every part of the world.

o   Shipping on international orders is at actuals to be paid by the customer. Also, the customer has to bear import/customs duty in case applicable in the country of dispatch

o   International Shipping Charges:

Orders Below 5000 shipping charge is 3000
Orders Above 5000 shipping charge is  1500

o   Orders will be dispatched only post receipt of the entire bill value

o   Orders once shipped CANNOT be modified.


Cancellation :

Cancellation before shipping: If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order online or by contacting our helpdesk at +917499025345. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded. In case of unshipped orders, the refund will be done within 7 days of the return request.

Cancellation post shipping: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpdesk at +917499025345 and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by us, we shall initiate the refund within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fees are not refunded.

International orders: International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If cancelled before shipping, refund will be done post deduction of applicable banking charges.

Refund policy included below.

Cancellation and returns post receipt of product: If you wish to return the product after it has been delivered to you in full, the following conditions apply.

– Such requests cannot be entertained beyond 30 days of product delivery

– Within 30 days, if it is a free size diaper, we can exchange even a used diaper (only 1 per customer) under our  try-for-free policy, meant to encourage parents to try cloth diapering. Please note this policy is applicable only on UNO diapers (both freesize and newborn diapers)  and does not include newborn diapers and other products. This trial policy holds good for the first order and for 1 diaper only.

Our Free Trial policy is applicable on the first purchase of Freesize UNO diapers for 30 days from the date of purchase & on Newborn UNO for 15 days. Kindly note: The Free Trial policy is applicable on your first purchase and for 1 diaper only.

– For newborn diapers and other products, if used, we cannot accept returns because these are hygiene products and for the safety of other customers we cannot allow returns of used diapers.

– If unused, and if they can be returned in the original condition, we will take back the product and issue a refund after deducting the shipping charge of reverse pickup as applicable

DO NOTE: Even trying the diaper on the baby, even if the diaper is not peed in or washed, is considered as used

Discount vouchers/ Smiles, if any, will be considered used if the order is cancelled and shall not be refunded.

Shipping orders by customer Orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order centre. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fees are not refunded


We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience at Superbottoms, but on extremely rare instances, a defect may slip through our quality control and one may find a defect in our products when they are delivered to you. If you happen to receive a defective Superbottoms product, rest assured, we would work swiftly to make sure you receive a replacement as soon as possible.

We DO NOT accept returns for:

Gift card
Diaper free essentials
Items purchased in sales/seconds

Defect noticed at delivery: If you believe that the product is not in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +917499025345 (9 AM – 6 PM) between Monday to Saturday or mail us at, mentioning your order reference number. Pickup of defective pieces will be done. Post that, product replacement will be sent of similar or equivalent value/type product. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

*Defects include loose stitching, holes and tears, missing or broken snaps, etc manifested immediately after delivery and before the first wash.

For a defect noticed after accepting delivery: The product should be unwashed and unused and with original packing. The defect MUST be brought to our notice within 24 hours of product receipt. It would make matters simpler if you even include photos of the area of concern plus your original receipt.

Superbottoms diapers are functional apparel. While they are diapers, they are fabric wearables and any fabric product does show minor variations in prints, colours, and sometimes cutting between various batches over a period of time.

We also make our products in batches and therefore there will be variations in colours, prints, snaps, stitch and minor variations in cut and fabric from batch to batch. Do note, these factors are difficult to control completely and would need extreme mechanization which we feel is impractical.

What we always ensure, is that we test every batch for the same before it gets sold.

So kindly note that therefore we will not provide any replacements/exchanges/returns for variations in colours/snaps and fabric since this is not a defect, and does not in any way affect the performance of the diaper. Superbottoms also reserve the right to decide whether or not the problem is a defect or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy: 

We are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. The products do not fall under exchange policy as such, since they fall under the hygiene category. However, if they are unwashed and unused, we accept the exchange as an exception. For the same, the item/s has to be shipped to us by you. Upon the receipt of item/s, we shall ship other items of the same type/value or issue a credit note(coupon) of the equivalent amount.
