Returns policy of Super Bottoms

We believe every parent like us who’s reading this is as curious & would wish to see a transparent and honest process to believe in our core strengths, what we do & how we do it.  Trust us to deliver what you see as we’re honest about our products, actions, services and more. However, there might be times when a tiny defect might miss even the sharpest of the eye but be assured that we are quite strict about the quality of our products & do all the possible quality control checks at various points. Still found any of our products with manufacturing defects? We deeply regret the error & apologise for the inconvenience caused to you but we’re right here to rectify our mistake, pinky promise!

RETURNS

We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience at Superbottoms, but on extremely rare instances, a defect may slip through our quality control and one may find a defect in our products when they are delivered to you. If you happen to receive a defective Superbottoms product, rest assured, we would work swiftly to make sure you receive a replacement as soon as possible.

We DO NOT accept returns for:

Gift card
Diaper free essentials
Items purchased in sales/seconds

Defect noticed at delivery: If you believe that the product is not in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +919819313426 (9 AM – 6 PM) between Monday to Saturday or mail us at resolutions@superbottoms.com, mentioning your order reference number. Pickup of defective pieces will be done. Post that, product replacement will be sent of similar or equivalent value/type product. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

*Defects include loose stitching, holes and tears, missing or broken snaps, etc manifested immediately after delivery and before the first wash.

For a defect noticed after accepting delivery: The product should be unwashed and unused and with original packing. The defect MUST be brought to our notice within 24 hours of product receipt. It would make matters simpler if you even include photos of the area of concern plus your original receipt.

Superbottoms diapers are functional apparel. While they are diapers, they are fabric wearables and any fabric product does show minor variations in prints, colours, and sometimes cutting between various batches over a period of time.

We also make our products in batches and therefore there will be variations in colours, prints, snaps, stitch and minor variations in cut and fabric from batch to batch. Do note, these factors are difficult to control completely and would need extreme mechanization which we feel is impractical.

What we always ensure, is that we test every batch for the same before it gets sold.

So kindly note that therefore we will not provide any replacements/exchanges/returns for variations in colours/snaps and fabric since this is not a defect, and does not in any way affect the performance of the diaper. Superbottoms also reserve the right to decide whether or not the problem is a defect or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy: 

We are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. The products do not fall under exchange policy as such, since they fall under the hygiene category. However, if they are unwashed and unused, we accept the exchange as an exception. For the same, the item/s has to be shipped to us by you. Upon the receipt of item/s, we shall ship other items of the same type/value or issue a credit note(coupon) of the equivalent amount.

  2. Manufacturing defects that show up after wash or use of products:    For products where the manufacturing defect appears post wash and usage of products please see the below policy. Your SuperBottoms products are covered under a limited warranty for a possible replacement for up to 6 months after the original purchase date. Superbottoms reserves the right to decide whether or not the problem is a defect or wear and tear caused due to handling.

 What do I need to claim a replacement/repair/refund?

Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Preloved items purchased from buy, sell, trade threads and repaired or altered products (ie snap changes or replaced elastic) will not be covered. Proof of purchase (order number) is a must without which the warranty cannot be claimed.

When does SuperBottoms reserve the right to deny a claim?

The warranty is not guaranteed in lieu of failure to follow the wash care and other maintenance instructions listed below, sorry in advance!

  • Using excessive hot water
  • Adding additives such as Dettol, Fabric Conditioners, and other that is derecommended in our wash routine
  • Use of diaper rash creams directly on SuperBottoms Products
  • Modification of any kind to the product including cutting of care tags
  • When the product is damaged beyond repair or if repair is not technically possible

In case of return, when do I get my replacement/repaired product/refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will either repair or replace the product and send it back as quickly as possible.
