We believe every parent like us who’s reading this is as curious & would wish to see a transparent and honest process to believe in our core strengths, what we do & how we do it. Trust us to deliver what you see as we’re honest about our products, actions, services and more. However, there might be times when a tiny defect might miss even the sharpest of the eye but be assured that we are quite strict about the quality of our products & do all the possible quality control checks at various points. Still found any of our products with manufacturing defects? We deeply regret the error & apologise for the inconvenience caused to you but we’re right here to rectify our mistake, pinky promise!

Manufacturing defects that show up after wash or use of products: For products where the manufacturing defect appears post wash and usage of products please see the below policy. Your SuperBottoms products are covered under a limited warranty for a possible replacement for up to 6 months after the original purchase date. Superbottoms reserves the right to decide whether or not the problem is a defect or wear and tear caused due to handling.

What do I need to claim a replacement/repair/refund?
Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Preloved items purchased from buy, sell, trade threads and repaired or altered products (ie snap changes or replaced elastic) will not be covered. Proof of purchase (order number) is a must without which the warranty cannot be claimed.
When does SuperBottoms reserve the right to deny a claim?
The warranty is not guaranteed in lieu of failure to follow the wash care and other maintenance instructions listed below, sorry in advance!
- Using excessive hot water
- Adding additives such as Dettol, Fabric Conditioners, and other that is derecommended in our wash routine
- Use of diaper rash creams directly on SuperBottoms Products
- Modification of any kind to the product including cutting of care tags
- When the product is damaged beyond repair or if repair is not technically possible
In case of return, when do I get my replacement/repaired product/refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will either repair or replace the product and send it back as quickly as possible.
