Superbottoms makes great products
with love. They have our personal values and beliefs wrapped up in every
stitch. But sometimes, a tiny defect may miss even the sharpest of eyes, when
they go through quality control. If any of our products contains a
manufacturing defect, please be assured, we deeply regret the error. Do accept
our heartfelt apology.

You may email us at [email protected] with your
order details, including a photo of the defect, and we will work swiftly to
resolve the issue as soon as we can.

Our Warranty:

  • Your Superbottoms product is under a limited warranty for possible return for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Superbottoms holds the right to decide whether it is a manufacturing defect or is caused by improper care / wear and tear.
  • Our warranty covers stitches that come apart before use; holes in fabric, broken or missing snap buttons or irregularities that affect the functionality of the product.
  • Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover stains, lose elastics, melting of snaps or fabric, or holes that are caused by wrong wash routines, wrong cleaning agents, or improper handling. These are all caused by usage and methods of washing, and don’t come under Warranty
  • Some products are hand cut and may have slight variations that do not affect their functionality or safety.
  • Leaks are not considered a defect. Our details instructions on fit, wash care, and usage will prevent leaks.

Our warranty only applies to the purchaser
of new products less than 6 months old. Products that are bought pre-loved, or
received in a BST are not covered by this warranty. Items that have been
altered by the customer in any way will not be covered under this warranty.
Proof of purchase of the item is required for the warranty to be valid.

If an issue arises with your diaper
that is not considered a manufacturer’s defect but falls within our 6 month
warranty period, (if approved by us), the customer will be responsible for
covering shipping costs to return the product for repair or replacement.
