Shipping & Returns Policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Based on the nature of the products that we have, we have designed a multi tiered shipping policy that is designed exclusively in your best interests.
We are committed to delivering products within 5 business days of the order being confirmed.
For Non Metros:
All products will reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days. Note: The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description. If you require any assistance in understanding our Shipping policy please do not hesitate to all our customer care numbers.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We currently deliver to more than 5000 cities across India.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
- Certain locations which are difficult to reach, the delivery time is more than 12 days. Please contact us for details
- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on (+91) 9820-30-1106 (9AM – 6PM) or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Superbottoms charges Rs. 50 as a convenience charge for all orders below Rs. 500. This helps us service our customers better.
All prepaid orders shipped within India are shipped for free. Shipping on international orders is at actuals.
Case : Order Cancellation
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order online or by speaking with our helpdesk at (+91) 98193 13426. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded to you.
Cancellation post shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpdesk at (+91) 98193 13426 and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you as per Refund policy included below.
Case : Order Return
We are committed towards providing you the best shopping experience at Superbottoms and allow no questions asked return policy.
How to return the product:
- In case you need to return the prodycts, please fill this form https://goo.gl/forms/cW7fU85XFJ1V9akB2 within 15 days of receiving the order.
- Once we receive the return request we will check it and authorize the same.
- Post that, a pickup will be arranged for your products. Please allow us 3-5 days to arrange for a pickup. In case if pickup facility is not available for your location, you will have to send across the products to us.
- Once we receive the products, we will initiate a refund to your account. Please note that all refunds are credited on Mondays.
- The refund amount will be post deduction of return charges as below:
Return under Try-it-Love-it policy: For returns under this policy, we will deduct Rs 100 / diaper as shipping charges. Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returns / exchange for any other reason: Rs 100 / diaper will be charged as returns fee for every diaper returned. Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return due to defect: Pickup of defective piece will be done. Post that product replacement will be sent of similar or equivalent value / type product. For a defective product return – The product should be with original packing and unused.
We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received without any physical damage such as tearing, broken snaps. At key metro locations, we have pickup facilities available.
Discount vouchers if any will be considered used if order is cancelled.
Refund: The refund of amount of the order post receiving the product back will be done within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
In case of unshipped orders, the refund will be done within 7 days of the return request.
